Across an 18-year career in financial audit, Oana has led audit engagements for local and international companies in the energy, consumer goods, distribution, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
Her expertise includes auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with Romanian Accounting Standards and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as advisory projects on complex accounting matters and other assurance services.
Starting in 2024, Oana has been actively involved in coordinating the sustainability related assurance services department. Her approach combines technical rigor, a deep understanding of industry specifics, and a strong focus on quality and compliance.
Oana holds a degree in economics and is a member of ACCA, CAFR, CECCAR, and ASPAAS.
