During his more than 10 years of experience in business law, acquired in several leading Romanian law firms after graduating summa cum laude from the most prestigious Romanian law school, Mihnea successfully coordinated large litigation teams in numerous high-profile cases regarding competition, energy, telecom, media, administrative, constitutional, real estate, construction, privatization, IP, employment or sport matters. He also managed virtually all types of debt recovery projects, from foreclosure to insolvency cases.

In addition to his expertise in national dispute resolution cases, Mihnea also has extensive experience in international arbitration proceedings, as well as in multi-jurisdictional litigation projects.

He is also a constant contributor with articles to legal and business publications.
