Lucian is a Managing Associate within the Dispute Resolution practice of Reff & Associates.
With more than seven years of professional experience as an attorney at law, Lucian has developed extensive expertise in dispute resolution and advises clients on a broad range of real estate, commercial, regulatory and compliance matters. His contentious experience spans administrative, commercial, public procurement and employment disputes, having represented clients before public authorities and courts of law and advised them throughout all stages of contentious proceedings.
In addition to representing clients in litigation, Lucian advises on the development and implementation of comprehensive legal strategies aimed at safeguarding their business and commercial interests. His experience also includes advising on contractual matters and pre-litigation proceedings, with a focus on identifying and addressing potential disputes at an early stage.
Lucian holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018.
