Laura is a Managing Associate with Reff & Associates, being part of the Tax Controversy team since January 2020. With more than 11 years of experience, she advises both national and international clients on complex tax and administrative disputes, providing strategic representation throughout all stages of tax controversy proceedings.
Laura has extensive expertise across a broad range of tax matters, including VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, social security contributions, local taxes, and sector-specific fiscal obligations. She plays a leading role in some of the firm's most significant tax litigation and dispute resolution mandates, particularly those involving transfer pricing adjustments, pharmaceutical taxation, and tax recovery claims.
Laura graduated Faculty of Law from University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2014. She also holds a Master's Degree in Tax Law from the University of Bucharest, further strengthening her specialized expertise in tax controversy matters.
