Ioana has been part of the legal team in Reff & Associates since 2014, assisting clients primarily in the Real Estate & Construction practice.
Her transactional experience spans across all industries (retail, office, hospitality, industrial, etc.). Alongside the highly specialized and experienced team at Reff & Associates, she has assisted on multi-million Euro deals signed in record time frames. She provides legal assistance in all matters pertaining to the real estate field, being involved in all phases of real estate transactions, including structuring of the transaction, due diligence, drafting and negotiation. She has assisted clients in asset deals, M&A transactions and business transfer agreements, advising both sellers and buyers. Her areas of expertise also include the field of construction law, including the full range of FIDIC-based contracts, offering advice with respect to the drafting, negotiation and performance of construction and construction-related contracts, as well as analysis and preparation of claims. She is also experienced in negotiating lease agreements for retail, office and hotel premises.
Ioana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Babes-Bolyai University and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2014.
