Florin is a Senior Associate within Reff & Associates and serves clients primarily in real estate and Construction practice. With more than 4 years of experience, he provides legal assistance in all matters pertaining to the real estate and construction fields, being involved in all phases of real estate transactions, including structuring of the transaction, due diligence, drafting and negotiation.
Florin is part of the team which deals with the most complex and sophisticated urbanism matters and construction claims and litigations (FIDIC and non-FIDIC bases).
Florin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Alexandru Ioan Cuza Iasi University and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018.
