Cristina Aparaschivei is a Tax Manager within Deloitte Romania, with over nine years of experience in the field of taxation. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchanges (FABBV) from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and she is a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants in Romania as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), United Kingdom. Throughout her career, Cristina has been involved in complex business reorganization and transaction projects, while also providing assistance during tax inspections and advisory services on various aspects of local and international tax legislation. With a rigorous and solution-oriented approach, she consistently contributes to building trust-based partnerships with clients and identifying the most effective tax strategies tailored to each business.
