Ana-Maria specializes in employment and social security law, with 15 years of experience advising companies in manufacturing, automotive, technology, engineering and infrastructure, retail, construction, real estate, banking, pharmaceutical and food service sectors.
Her practice has a strong EU law dimension and covers transfers of undertakings, restructurings and collective redundancies, cross-border mobility, pay transparency, platform work, bonus schemes, working time, non-discrimination, workplace investigations, collective bargaining and employment litigation.
She also holds a Ph.D. in Labour Law from the University of Bucharest (2014), where she is an Associate Professor teaching Social Security Law.
