Carlos Cruz is the Chairman of Deloitte Portugal and the Leader of the Life Sciences & Health Care sector.
Graduated in Business Administration from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, he is a Statutory Auditor since 2012 and was a member of the Global Advisory Council of Deloitte (GAC FY 14).
With more than 26 years of experience in Audit & Assurance, he worked with national and multinational companies, in particular listed entities, in a range of industries, including IPO and transactions processes. As an IAS/IFRS specialist, Carlos is a member of the Deloitte Portugal Technical Committee and was responsible for several projects related to the adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards by several of our major clients in the Products, Services, Utilities and Resources Business Unit.
