Beyond Pilots: The Road to Enterprise AI Adoption

Artificial intelligence has moved beyond the proof-of-concept stage. Today, many organizations face a more difficult challenge: determining what is actually worth scaling, how to govern it responsibly, and how to turn isolated experiments into sustainable business value.

Join Deloitte, AWS and Telekom Srbija for a candid discussion on the realities of enterprise AI adoption. Together, we will explore the practical challenges, strategic decisions and foundational capabilities organizations need as they move beyond pilots and prepare AI for broader business deployment.

Drawing on perspectives from business, technology and transformation leaders, the discussion will focus on what organizations are learning as they navigate the journey from experimentation to enterprise adoption, and what it takes to create the conditions for AI to deliver lasting impact.
