Katarzyna is an expert with over 20 years of experience in delivering complex business and technology projects, including system implementations, product development, and process optimisation. For more than six years, she has specialised in the data domain, with a strong focus on Data Governance and building data-driven organisations. She has been involved in initiatives covering the implementation of Data Governance practices, data quality monitoring and measurement, as well as the development of a data-driven culture. She also has experience leading a strategic data transformation programme, where she was responsible for migrating the data warehouse to a cloud environment.
