Jakub has extensive experience in the actuarial services which he gained both in Poland and abroad, working in insurance companies as well as in consultancy. He is a licensed actuary in Poland and a Full Member of the Polish Society of Actuaries. In his career Jakub specialized in life actuarial modelling and finance transformation.
Jakub has been working at Deloitte for nearly ten years and currently leads the Life team in the Actuarial & Insurance Solutions practice in Poland. This team primarily provides services to the insurance sector and specializes in strategic advisory, regulatory consultancy (IFRS 17, Solvency II), valuation of technical insurance provisions, pricing of insurance products, capital requirement modeling, and actuarial modeling.
