Matthew Whitaker

Matthew is the Intelligent Automation Leader for Deloitte New Zealand and is a customer and outcome focused director that loves working with people to deliver business benefits and outcomes – what he likes to call intelligent optimisation. He has successfully delivered a number of complex and large scale, global business and IT transformation programmes for blue chip companies in a number of countries and across both the public and private sectors.

He is passionate about emerging technology but believes it should not always be the sole focus and successful programmes can only be achieved through incorporating people, change management and process improvement with the implementation and management of technology and data.
