With over 30 years’ experience at Deloitte, including 25 years as a partner I have a passion for serving our clients and growing our talent. I currently serve as the Chief Commercial Officer for Asia Pacific and the Government and Public Services Industry Leader. In this role, I support client teams growing our Public Sector businesses and in tackling complex commercial challenges, drawing on experience in large multidisciplinary programmes across multiple markets, complex deal shaping, and pricing strategies.

Before returning to Asia Pacific in 2020, I led the Regional Markets for Life Sciences and Healthcare (LSHC) in the US and also led the West Region of the US Healthcare practice until 2020, and for a time served as the National Technology Market Leader for Healthcare, driving innovation into our technology offerings. As a client partner first and foremost served as the lead client service partner for several LSHC accounts in Seattle, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

Prior to being in the US, my leadership roles in the Asia Pacific Region and New Zealand included serving as the Public Sector & Healthcare Leader for Asia Pacific and the Managing Partner for Deloitte Consulting in New Zealand for the preceding 11 years.

I have guided numerous public sector and healthcare leaders through significant programs of change, specialising in digital technology-led transformation across enterprises.
