Oracle EPM Implementation for a leading global provider of integrated transportation, storage and distribution solutions​

Hampered by legacy, unable to effectively scale while going through a period of rapid growth, this organization struggled to get insights from across the business and plot their course ahead. Leveraging Oracle Cloud EPM to re-engineer consolidation, account reconciliation and FP&A processes, Deloitte developed an efficient and scalable solution – a central platform to manage all parts of the client's business.

Digital Transformation: Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM Implementation for a world leader in digital platform cybersecurity​

The objective of this engagement was to implement a next-generation platform that would link all business processes of the client into one single Oracle Cloud system. Their legacy Excel based Planning and Consolidation tools had been heavily customized over multiple years. Deloitte contributed to implementing a new way of working which was suitable to achieve the client’s strategic agenda. They now have a standardized FP&A process and the know-how to achieve process simplification and long-term scalability for any growth ambitions. ​

End-to-End Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Solution to deliver standardization across operations through Digital Finance Transformation for one of the largest mobile network operators ​​
