Daniel is a Director in Deloitte’s multidisciplinary Transformations Team with over 12 years of international tax and legal advisory experience. He is has been focusing on the ER&I industry his entire career and specializes in large scale transformations like legal entity reductions, business model transformations, global restructurings, IP migrations, post-merger integrations and Pillar 2 business transformations. During such engagements, Daniel contributes to building holistic structure and oversight, asserting appropriate stakeholder management and dealing with dependency monitoring to successfully manage and implement transformations in a well-structured and time sensitive way. Further, Daniel is Pillar 2 Offering Lead within Deloitte Netherlands since 2023.
