Michael is a Director in the Real Estate Debt & Capital Advisory team. As former banker, he has over 10 years of transaction experience in Real Estate Lending and Corporate Lending in North-West Europe.

The Real Estate Debt & Capital Advisory team in the Netherlands advises real estate investors and developers on a broad range of financing products. The team has extensive experience and is highly motivated to arrange the most optimal financing solution for its clients.

We work together with our clients in an efficient and pragmatic process supported by our worldwide network of traditional- and alternative lenders. The approach is personal and with attention to both the short term and long term strategy of the real estate business.

We cover all types of commercial real estate, including specialties such as healthcare and senior housing. The team advices on all types of financing arrangements, from senior to mezzanine loans and from development to green loans and bonds.
