Jeroen Huizer

Jeroen is Greenhouse Manager and Business Chemistry Lead at Deloitte in The Netherlands. He has over 17 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Learning & Development. He was one of the first Business Chemistry accredited facilitators for NL since 2016, and is an experienced Deloitte ‘Lab’ facilitator.

Working with some of Deloitte’s largest clients he has helped teams align for greater success; build plans for enhanced collaboration; team deliberately for a common purpose; and provide a greater understanding and connection of one another to achieve strategic and organisational goals.

Business Chemistry contributes to empower individuals and teams to flex and adapt more readily in today’s dynamic business landscape.
It is used strategically as part of running programs with our (senior) client stakeholders and during Greenhouse Labs.
