With the Controller module, you can look ahead based on current figures and get the best out of your company and staff.

  • First of all, you get a dedicated controller from Deloitte. In consultation with you, an annual agenda will be drawn up and the controller will visit you a number of times a year. Not only does your Deloitte controller ensure that you are aware of all important matters, but all your questions are also handled professionally. Through this dedicated expert, you have access to the entire Deloitte organisation with all its specialists.
  • You will also have access to the SME portal. This secure portal supports the most common accounting packages and other software. From now on, you and your controller will always have the same, up to date information from your company.

With the Controller module, you as an entrepreneur increase your insight into your company. Because you can see how your company is performing at any time, you have the information you need to make timely adjustments with the future in mind. In other words, you do not look back at the end of a financial year, but rather ahead during the year.

Because your accounts can always be viewed online, you can look ahead together in conversation with your controller based on your figures. This is how you do business together with your Deloitte business coach.
