His career spans Deloitte, KPMG, Shell, and ConocoPhillips, combining deep advisory expertise with 17 years of industry experience in two of the world’s largest integrated energy companies.
Olumide specializes in international fiscal regimes, petroleum contract negotiations, transfer pricing, tax controversy, tax advocacy, and oil and gas value chain advisory. He has extensive experience supporting upstream, midstream, integrated gas, deepwater, onshore, and power-generation projects, as well as complex acquisitions and divestments across Africa and other markets.
As International Tax Manager at Shell International Limited (UK), he oversaw tax matters across East, West, and Southern Africa. He has also worked closely with industry associations to help shape petroleum legislation and tax policies across Africa.
