Seye is a Legal and Chartered Tax Practitioner. He is an alumnus of University of Dundee (UK). He is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Over the past 10 years, he has delivered several signature solutions to clients covering a broad range of services, including transaction structuring, tax risk management, tax dispute resolution, tax incentives and regulatory compliance solutions for several multinational clients.
