Abhishek has over 18 years of experience in M&A and principal investments. Prior to Deloitte, he was at Bank of America, where he led over US$50bn of M&A and Capital Market transactions across Europe and the Middle East. His transaction experience includes M&A, public to privates, portfolio transactions, joint ventures, IPOs, debt and equity raising and rating advisory services.
Abhishek has advised clients through the lifecycle of their platform buildout and exit strategies in traditional real asset classes including office, retail, residential and logistics, as well as asset-backed operational platforms in student housing, lodging, leisure parks and data centres.
Before working at Bank of America in London, Abhishek worked for Temasek in Singapore investing in 'Fintech' start-ups. Abhishek was born and raised in India. He holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and a bachelor’s in computer engineering from NUS in Singapore.
