As a principal for Deloitte Digital at Deloitte Consulting LLP, Alicia leads Deloitte Digital’s marketing organization—an increasingly diverse and connected web of data, technology, and creative—with a focus on driving growth in the marketplace and delivering quantifiable results for clients. She oversees an integrated marketing team comprised of brand, creative, content and digital marketing, and internal and external communications.
As a digital marketing veteran with more than 20 years of experience pushing the boundaries for Fortune 500 brands, Alicia's role focuses on growing the digital organization and building the Deloitte Digital brand in the marketplace, which has seen a 30 percent compound annual growth rate since its inception and has grown to more than 12,000 employees.
