Namibian Finance Minister, Mr Iipumbu Shiimi, tabled his 2023/2024 mid-year budget review on 31 October 2023, where he focused on the year to date budget performance and the proposed reallocations. He also provided an update on the actual revenue and expenditure for 2022/2023.
