Gavin is a senior tax partner based in London and Deloitte’s Global Leader for Business Process Solutions (BPS), part of the firm’s Tax & Legal Operate portfolio. He leads Deloitte’s global funds reporting capability, supporting clients as they assess and implement operating model solutions to deliver complex payroll, finance, and reporting activities.
Working closely with CEOs and finance leaders, Gavin helps organizations consider how operating models across payroll and finance can drive efficiency, strengthen governance, and support the adoption of enabling technology across global operations.
Gavin brings experience across a broad range of regulated and alternative fund structures, spanning fund, investment, and investor reporting requirements. His career includes international secondments in New York and at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, providing exposure to global operating environments and institutional asset management models.
