Evolve is a series of events focussing on critical and often-times overlooked areas essential to the growth ad maturity of business.

Evolve aims to put a spotlight on key areas for focus and to provide an expert perspective coupled with insights from real life experiences intended to help you elevate and guide your business on its journey of enterprise maturity and sophistication.

The discussion will focus on the identification and documentation of intellectual property assets; how organisations realise and enhance the value of intellectual property with a view to unlocking its potential.

The session will cover key areas of relevance, including the identification, documentation and protection of IP assets with a focus on corporate and legal structuring considerations pertinent to intellectual property assets, critical tax and accounting considerations, and will also provide an overview of applicable grants and incentives to support R&D and other processes capable of generating proprietary intellectual property.
