Kashif Jahangiri is a Partner at Deloitte Middle East, specializing in Business Tax. Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), he leads the Business Tax practice across the country. Kashif joined Deloitte in December 2019, bringing with him extensive experience from another Big Four firm, where he worked since 1992 across various countries, including Pakistan, Ireland, the UAE, and KSA. In his last six years before joining Deloitte, he served as the Head of International Tax in Saudi Arabia. Throughout his career, Kashif has advised clients in diverse industries, such as financial services—including banks, leasing, insurance, and investment funds—, infrastructure projects, construction, real estate, hotel management, manufacturing, wholesale and retail, joint ventures, energy, and natural resources. He has also collaborated closely with taxation authorities in drafting tax laws and assisted in modifying tax regulations to accommodate Islamic financial arrangements.

Nasser Al Sagga has over 30 years’ experience in Audit and Tax services. Nasser leads a team of over 500 practitioners across the Kingdom. His main expertise during the past several years has been leading the tax practice and representing multi-national and local companies at various Tax/Zakat higher committees and appeal committees including GSTC. He leads the KSA team for all Tax/Zakat objections and appeals. He is a member of the Committee of Certified Accountants – Riyadh Chamber of Commerce. In his previous roles Nasser led key areas such as corporate tax planning, zakat planning and cross border transactions. Nasser advised portfolio of clients on Tax/Zakat, which includes some of the largest groups in the Kingdom.He is an advocate of empowering women in the workforce and specifically in Saudi Arabia.  He is passionate about promoting a diverse and inclusive environment as well as investing in youth development and skill building.Nasser has been a partner at Deloitte in Saudi Arabia since 1997 having joined the firm in 1989. He is a certified public accountant and is a registered member of SOCPA.
