Many countries within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) have undergone significant developments related to End of Service Benefits (EOSB) over the past five years. Most recently, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) approved the introduction of two alternative EOSB schemes, allowing employers to opt into an approved investment scheme and make monthly contributions.
