On 20 March 2023 (corresponding to 28/08/1444AH) (No 8-2-23), the Board of Directors of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) approved the amendments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Transfer Pricing Bylaws (KSA TP Bylaws) as proposed in the Public Consultation Document issued on 22 July 2022.
In light of this, our team of Transfer Pricing experts hosted a 60-minute webinar on Wednesday, 21 June at 11:00am (KSA time) to discuss the implications of these changes for multinational businesses operating in the Kingdom and provide expert guidance on enhancing compliance efforts and optimizing transfer pricing practices.
