D-180 is a virtual mentoring program, which aims to support young people along their employability journeys. Deloitte mentors will expose mentees to the world of work, support them in setting and pursuing their educational journey, provide advice for entering the job market, and act as supporting soundboard.
D-180 targets university graduates in their first few years in the workforce as well as high school, college students (age range 16 to 26 years old) across the Middle East and Cyprus to provide them with mentoring and real work exposure to Deloitte professionals.
If you are accepted into the program, you need to commit to 180 days (6 months), 2-4hours per month.
You will connect with your mentor virtually through conferencing platforms.
There will be a document to acknowledge that someone participated in the D-180 mentoring program provided that the mentee has met all the needed criteria during the duration of the mentoring relationship.

Mentee applicants will be interviewed to assess and determine the mentoring fit.
No, there is no fee for applying to the program. Furthermore, there will be no costs charged for the mentoring opportunity.
