Faisal leads Government and Public Services Finance Transformation in the Middle East and is one of the firm’s experts in cash to accrual IPSAS adoption. He works closely with Government entities in their public financial management transformation journey ranging across our region. Faisal has led a range of projects around setting up leading finance functions, designing budgeting, planning and forecasting frameworks, developing government services’ pricing and costing and establishing digital finance tools and applications.
