Deloitte accelerates financial services modernisation

Faisal leads Government and Public Services Finance Transformation in the Middle East and is one of the firm’s experts in cash to accrual IPSAS adoption. He works closely with Government entities in their public financial management transformation journey ranging across our region. Faisal has led a range of projects around setting up leading finance functions, designing budgeting, planning and forecasting frameworks, developing government services’ pricing and costing and establishing digital finance tools and applications.

Alex is a Partner at Deloitte Consulting in London. He has a strong technical and functional consulting background and over 23 years of experience in complex Global Finance Transformations. His expertise ranges from the strategy and implementation of finance and reporting systems through to the set up and optimisation of operations. Working at the CXO level he is able to not only advise at the strategic level but also implement those strategies. He has direct experience across all core finance processes and has managed the implementations in over 30 countries across Europe, the US and the Asia Pacific region. As a successful program director he is able to establish the appropriate project governance frameworks and guide senior stakeholders through large scale programs.

Anil is a part of Deloitte's Oracle team and is based out of Riyadh. He possesses more than 13 years of experience in delivering Oracle ERP powered business transformations. His extensive experience in technology consulting, enterprise IT and financial control helps in delivering robust solutions to complex business requirements. Anil led several Oracle implementations in the capacity of project manager and solution architect across Middle East, India, and Europe.
