In 2025, Deloitte’s Jordan Digital Center marked the third year of its sustained initiative of learning, mentorship, and opportunity. The program’s goal remained clear: to equip university students in Jordan with practical, market-ready skills before graduation. Recognizing the challenges new graduates face in Jordan’s competitive job market, 11 Deloitte professionals volunteered more than 200 hours to design and deliver a Salesforce Training Bootcamp. Their efforts combined hands-on sessions, projects, and continued mentorship to support students from training through to career readiness.
Over the past three years, the bootcamp has been delivered across three cohorts in partnership with four universities, offering two specialized learning paths, Functional and Technical, enabling students to align their learning with individual career goals. Through interactive lessons, real-world projects, and flexible scheduling, students-built confidence, earned Salesforce certifications, and connected directly with professionals in the field.
By the end of 2025, the program had trained 49 students, with 10 earning Salesforce certifications. Four graduates joined Deloitte Digital, and two others secured their first professional roles. Each success has contributed to a growing cycle of mentorship, as past participants return to guide new cohorts. The program has also strengthened Deloitte Middle East’s relationship with local universities and nurtured a culture of volunteerism.
In recognition of its continued social impact, Deloitte Middle East received the Salesforce Impact Award for the second consecutive year in 2024 and achieved the Agentforce Readiness Certification in 2025, highlighting its ongoing dedication to enhancing both training quality and practitioner skills. What began as a simple training effort has evolved into a three-year movement that continues to empower youth, build local talent, and demonstrate Deloitte Middle East’s commitment to lasting social impact through education and skills development, culminating in Deloitte Middle East being recognized at the Crown Prince Award for Voluntary Work 2025.
