Dubai, United Arab Emirates – 28 January 2023: Over the past few days Deloitte Middle East held its annual partners meeting at the Museum of the Future in Dubai. The meeting brought together over 300 partners to engage in a series of keynotes, discussion panels and workshops focused on supporting the Middle East’s growth and national visions.
"The Museum of the Future is the perfect setting for our global and regional leaders to come together to exchange insights and perspectives on this fast growing market,” said Mutasem Dajani, CEO of Deloitte Middle East. “We are reinforcing our commitment to drive purpose-led growth, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, diversity and inclusion. We will continue to bring the best of the Deloitte global network to the forefront of the ongoing socioeconomic transformation in the Middle East,” he added.
The leading professional services organization is driving forward some of the region’s giga-projects and supporting national economic visions across the public and private sectors. The growing market saw Deloitte Middle East hire over 3,000 professionals across the region in the past 18 months, of which 50% are women which is in line with its diversity mandate.
The partners discussed Deloitte’s multi-disciplinary model, which seeks to provide clients a full range of end-to-end services, enabling them to navigate challenges and seize opportunities. This positions Deloitte as best placed to leverage emerging technologies and drive digital transformation, which plays a key role in the success of regional national agendas, supporting economic diversification and growth.
The discussions also covered a wide range of other topics, including the future of work, Deloitte’s unique employee value proposition to attract top talent, as well as Deloitte’s commitment to purpose-led growth. The partners meeting featured a highly engaging session titled “Making the good future happen”, conducted by the renowned futurist Gerd Leonhard who covered topics such as AI, Digital Cloud, Cyber, Sustainability and ESG.
