Zeeshan leads the Insurance Sector Practice for Deloitte Middle East, bringing over 20 years of advisory experience. His expertise includes advising Boards of Directors, C-suite executives, and regulators on strategic initiatives related to transformations, strategy, digital bank setups, fintech, technology vision, automation, and regulatory advisory.
Zeeshan actively contributes to thought leadership in insurance, banking, fintech, finance transformation, and regulatory strategy. He has participated in numerous seminars, authored articles, conducted C-suite workshops, and given interviews in leading media outlets.
His knowledge extends to CFO advisory, IFRS implementation, performance management process design, and system design and implementation. Zeeshan has collaborated with some of the largest insurance companies, banks, and financial institutions in the region. He has advised on the design and operationalization of the Target Operating Model for both digital banks and fintechs.
