Vishal leads the Project & Infrastructure Finance practice for Deloitte in the Middle East. He has been based in the GCC since 2011 and has over 17 years of professional experience focusing on Public Private Partnership and Project Finance Advisory for both Public and Private sector clients.
Vishal has executed transactions across sectors such as Power, Water, Wastewater, Solid Waste, Transport and Accommodation.
He holds a First-Class Degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Operational Research.
