Victoria Shapovalova

Victoria advises MENA's leading organisations on building resilient and sustainable businesses while unlocking new sources of growth and value in a low-carbon economy. She leads complex transformational projects, supporting clients with end-to-end sustainability solutions for their carbon, climate, and other ESG-related goals. By leveraging green innovation and technology, and bringing leading global practices into the region, Victoria ensures that her clients achieve their sustainability objectives effectively.

Before moving to the Middle East, Victoria spent 15 years in Hong Kong, where she worked across the Asia Pacific region advising clients on improving their ESG performance and reporting in line with disclosure frameworks and standards such as TCFD, IFRS S1 and S2 Standards, and GRI, among others. 

A Biomedical Engineer by training, Victoria brings a technical mindset to solving clients' challenges in the fast-evolving global landscape of ESG regulations, national commitments, stakeholder expectations, and mega-trends.
