Vivien is a Partner in Deloitte's Government & Infrastructure practice. He joined in 2016 and specializes in providing financial and commercial advice on Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects to governments and private sector participants, with a strong focus on the transport sector.
He gained a broad regional Transport and Logistics (T&L) experience with global transport operators, government entities and international financial institutions focusing on the ports, railway and maritime sectors.
