Sam leads the Transaction Services and Sale Purchase Agreement practices in the Middle East.
He has over 20 years of experience in Transaction Services and has worked with a wide range of clients across the Middle East, including several Sovereign Wealth Funds, leading Private Equity houses and major corporates.
Sam has a Master of Arts from the University of Oxford and is a Qualified Accountant.
