Saurabh is a Director in Deloitte’s Middle East Transfer Pricing team. He has overall 21 years of experience with 16 years of dedicated experience in Transfer Pricing and International Tax. His experience includes advising clients across industries in developing TP models in line with OECD guidelines and respective country legislations and on complex TP issues (business restructuring, exit charge, variable royalty, IP transfers, TP compliances (local file, master file, CbCR) for large number of clients across industries and developing defense strategies for TP audits and advising on Unilateral / Bilateral as advance pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedures, including successful APA negotiations with tax authorities.

Saurabh holds Chartered Accountant certificate from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) and Master of Commerce certificate from University of Pune, India.
