Ritika is a part of the Human Capital Consulting practice located in Dubai. Her area of expertise lies in advising clients and supporting them with end-to-end HR transformation programs including HR Strategy, Organization Design, Workforce planning, digital Transformation programs.
She has over 13 years of consulting experience, having previously worked with KPMG and Accenture, across a wide range of industries with both public and private sector organizations.
Ritika has been working in the Middle East for the last nine years in addition to having worked in markets such as US, Europe, Oman and India.
