Praju, a Partner in the Business Process Solutions (BPS) practice, joined our Middle East (ME) firm in 2013. He co-leads the BPS Operate business and leads the HR & Payroll Operate business for Deloitte in the region.
Praju is a multi-skilled professional who is self-motivated with strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. He is an effective communicator with the ability to relate to professionals across all hierarchical levels in the organization.
Praju has extensive knowledge in the accounting, payroll, and social security requirements in the ME. He has provided advisory services on multiple projects and is a subject matter expert in his field. His portfolio of clients includes leading multinationals and regional public sector owned entities across various industries – Energy, Resources and Industrials (ER&I), Financial Services (FSI), Pharmaceutical, Consumer, etc.
