Pravin oversees Deloitte's Discovery & Data Management practice in the Middle East, which provides services in the areas of Electronic Discovery, Digital Investigations, Legal Technology and Data Management.
He has extensive regional and international experience in providing technology enabled forensic services to clients across numerous industries, responding to a comprehensive range of conduct, legal and regulatory matters. Prior to his role in Deloitte, he was the ASEAN and South Asia lead for electronic discovery in a global financial institution, providing strategic data advisory to the Legal function where he delivered on several key initiatives, including the implementation of a global electronic discovery platform.
Pravin's expertise lies in leading large-scale, multi-jurisdictional matters given his experience with complex global investigations and legal matters. He has also provided expert witness testimony for litigation and arbitration in landmark matters.
