Oxana is an International Tax Partner in Deloitte’s Middle East team with more than 20 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, transaction support, restructuring, and international tax matters across a range of industries and markets. She has worked with multinational corporations and private equity funds on transaction structuring, due diligence, and carve-out projects across multiple jurisdictions.
Oxana also advises UAE-based groups and multinational companies on pre-IPO tax advisory and structuring matters, including IPO readiness assessments and the review of IPO-related documentation. In addition, she advises clients on international tax matters, including Pillar Two implementation, permanent establishment considerations, and economic substance-related requirements across the Middle East region.
