Namrata has over 17 years of extensive experience in Mobility Tax, having worked with both Big Four accounting firms and in the industry within the UK. She leads the Mobility team within the Global Employer Services (GES) service line in Dubai, UAE, where she focuses on developing and expanding mobility services across the region.

Namrata's career includes a significant tenure at Deloitte UK as a Mobility practitioner. Her industry experience is further bolstered by her role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the UK, where she served as the EMEA Mobility Tax Lead. In this capacity, she managed mobility operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, showcasing her ability to handle complex and multinational projects effectively.

In her current role, Namrata collaborates closely with Hadi Allawi, the GES Middle East Leader, to enhance and refine mobility service offerings. This strategic partnership is focused on providing comprehensive mobility solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of clients. By utilizing advanced technologies and innovative approaches, they aim to navigate the complexities of global mobility seamlessly and ultimately enhance the overall client experience.  

The Mobility Tax team at Deloitte Middle East specializes in assisting clients navigate the complexities of an international workforce focusing upon policy design and implementation. The team also assist with with individual tax compliance and social security obligations, end-of-service benefits (EOSB) regulations and immigration interactions. The team provides guidance on social security regulations, including the UAE's Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE) scheme. With the region's evolving tax landscape, such as the planned introduction of income tax in Oman in 2026, the team is dedicated to helping clients navigate these changes smoothly.
