Moataz has over 20 years of experience in international taxation, foreign direct investment (FDI), international trade, special economic zones (SEZ), countertrade offset programs, and financial accounting planning & control. He has previously worked as a Financial Consultant for the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA).
Moataz has extensive experience advising foreign multinationals on market entry strategies and has been involved in various consulting assignments related to cross-border planning, tax treaties, due diligence, and operational structuring.
He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Financial Consultant (CFC).
