His valuation work mainly involves M&A transactions, Litigation, Financial Reporting and Public Offering. Overall, Mohammad has over 18 years of broad Financial Advisory experience across the GCC and the wider MENA region where he has led a large number of transactions across family businesses, public shareholding companies and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
