Mark has been based in the Middle East since 2009 and is currently a Director in our Corporate Finance Advisory practice, with over 15 years of M&A experience.
He specialises in mid-market M&A with a specific emphasis on Education, Logistics and Manufacturing.
Mark has advised a broad variety of clients from large multinationals to SMEs, leading transactions within Building Products and Construction, Retail and Consumer Goods, IT and F&B.
