Mike has over 20 years of Financial Advisory experience in the UK, Asia and Middle East and has been in Qatar since 2016. He specialises in M&A Advisory, both buy-side and sell-side due diligence, Turnaround & Performance Improvement, as well as Capital Structure Advisory.
Mike has advised corporate and private equity clients on deals of various sizes, as well as family offices and quasi-government entities on turnaround options. He has experience across a range of sectors, including financial services, retail, healthcare, real estate/hospitality, media and IT.
Mike is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
