Lamisse has a long career in HR spanning over 25 years where she has worked in industries such as banking, professional services and FMCG which all led to her joining the Deloitte Middle East team in 2012.
Lamisse is the People and Purpose leader for the SR&T – Advisory business in the Middle East. Through an integrated approach, Lamisse leads a number of agendas such as employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, while also working on a several other initiatives such as recognition, mentoring, coaching, DE&I and wellbeing programs.
Lamisse is a purpose-driven leader who is passionate about the impact people can make in driving positive and sustainable change, which is evident through her contributions to the HR agenda and organizational culture and the many efforts made in the market through conferences, panel discussions, published articles and guest speaking.
